Is my item warehoused in New Zealand or Australia?

We have acquired a warehouse location in the Auckland Airport district - Auckland for a selected range of products. Most of our Kannad, ACR & Ocean Signal PLBs and Safety Gear is shipped from there, along with a wide range of Vortex Optics items. The remaining stock is sent from Australia.

How do I know which warehouse the order is being shipped from?

We will endeavor to highlight the location with each item's listing details, however if you need to know, please just contact us by Chat, email or phone and we can help out very quickly.

If this is not a major concern, our tracking emails will identify the country location.

How soon do you send the order?

Item(s) will be shipped within 2 working days (expect Public Holiday and Weekend) after receipt of a verified payment.

Can I pick it up in New Zealand and if so where?

Our warehouse in Auckland holds a limited range of products. Please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm stock availability and re-arrange a time & day for collection. 

How soon will the order arrive to my address?

It normally takes around 2-5 working days (not including public holidays and weekends) for parcels to arrive from our Auckland warehouse. Parcels from Australia are taking between 6-9 business days.

Who do you use for shipping?

Most of our parcels are sent from Auckland we use Courier Post. Those from Sydney use Australia / Courier Post and DHL from our Sydney warehouse. 

What if I am not home?

PLEASE NOTE: For all parcel deliveries, we provide a Tracking delivery service. For security and guaranteed parcel receipt to clients, we recommend that your follow the delivery schedule by checking in online.

Our address is registered for "Authority To Leave" (ATL) parcels. Is that an issue?

If a parcel is signed off by the driver, we consider the parcel is delivered to you and we are no longer responsible for its ownership. In many cases someone else in the household has taken possession of the parcel and forgotten to tell you. 

What if it has not arrived?

Please contact us after 15 working days if you have not received your item(s), or refer to the tracking emails sent and contact the carrier locally.
