The Vortex Worldwide Lifetime VIP Warranty covers your purchase worldwide through the distributor or dealer in the country where you purchased your product.
Vortex Optics sold in New Zealand by SkippersMate.co.nz - an authorised Vortex NZ Valued Vendor or approved dealer are covered by the Lifetime Warranty.
Gear purchased from overseas must be returned to the retailer of the country from purchase. The same goes with buying "Grey Imports" from NZ retailers. It is the retailer's obligation to sort out the repair / warranty replacement.
Vortex NZ requires a form to be completed and returned with the item to their Auckland warehouse. Complete your details and we will send you a form for your purchase from SkippersMate.co.nz
