Returns Policy
WHAT can be returned?
All our product are returnable, however those with batteries that are replaceable may not be returnable if the power source has been used - contact us for more info.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Within their respective warranty period. If they do not suit for purpose, we ask that you contact us first to determine a going forward outcome.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Depending on the brand, some may have to be returned to Australia or to our Auckland warehouse - contact us first and we will advise the course of action.

SHIPPING for returns?
If you believe the item was chosen incorrectly, we ask that you return it using NZ Post tracking & signature service. If on the other hand, we agree to cover return post costs, a bank payment will be made to your nominated bank account upon receival of an NZ Post Office receipt.
CREDIT for returns?
If you simply want to return the item, then the credit will be processed once the item arrives back into our warehouse and a "inspect & test item is completed". Your credit, minus our original warehouse picking / shipping costs, re-stocking costs and credit card payment gateway fees, will be processed via the same method the original payment was completed by credit card | bank payment | PayPal | Buy Now Pay Later provider. The Buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.
CHANGED my mind - I want to return it?
After we have confirmed acceptance of return in writing, the item must be sent back as a resalable product with all the original retail packaging - (no tears, marks, scuffs etc) plus all manuals, accessories, batteries and other components "in the box" to us within 21 days from the date of our confirmation accepting return of the goods. All returned items must be marked with invoice / receipt number, buyer email address, item number and reasons for return to enable us to process the refund, minus our original warehouse picking / shipping costs, re-stocking costs and credit card payment gateway fees. This may take up to 5 working days after receipt. The Buyer is responsible for the return postage fee.
POSTAGE and PACKING materials?
If the item was recently purchased and being returned for a refund, please ensure the item "retail packaging" material is returned with the item as the item must be suitable for resale "as new". If not, then 20% of the published retail value will be deducted from the refund. We send all items in a well packaged postage pack, so please return the item in the same manner. Just placing the item in a padded post bag for national / international shipment is not acceptable.
